Finding Clarity in the Blur

9:00 Welcome, Partner Updates, KHSA Updates

10:00 Opening Session: Clarity in the Blur: In order to regulate, we must honor where we are, what we need, and respond accordingly. To find clarity when things feel blurry, it's important to be intentional with how we're responding to our own thoughts, feelings, behaviors and needs. The clarity comes in the awareness of experiences and emotions, not the avoidance of them. With this in mind, we invite you to join us for an hour-long training that centers on the heart of emotional awareness. We will be discussing how brain states and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) concepts and tools can be used together to build skills and provide a better understanding of the importance of nurturing ourselves to create regulation and clarity when things feel blurry. --Presented by: Maureen Francois, LSCSW, LCSW, RPT, & Jessica Mostaffa, LCPC, LPC, IMH-E®, Wild Hope Co-Founders + Owners
