ABOUT THE TRAINER
Kati's path to founding Stay the Course has been fueled by a lifelong passion for teaching and leading in the classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University, and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Loyola Marymount University. She brings nearly fifteen years of teaching, coaching, and management experience with an emphasis on equity and inclusiveness. In addition to person-centered coaching, she leads professional learning experiences focused on culturally responsive teaching, educator wellness, and values-based leadership. Kati currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband and their two adventurous cats, Brenda and Kelly.
