  1. explore the impact that substance use disorder has on families,

  2. identify strength-based approaches to increase protective factors and reduce risk factors,

  3. explore family roles in addiction,

  4. parent/child attachment, and

  5. how we can support families.

The Kansas Head Start Association is hosting the virtual winter APM on January 18th, 2024, beginning at 9:00 AM.  We hope you will be able to join us.  There will be information sessions and separate network sessions for Director and ERSEA (Family First Referrals); PFCE and Education Coordinators (facilitated by Region 7 T/TA), and Health Managers (oral health topics).  All sessions are virtual.  Everyone is welcome to the opening session and may come and go as their network sessions require.
