November
November
by Elizabeth Coatsworth
November comes
And November goes
With the last red berries
And the first white snows
With night coming early
And dawn coming late
And ice in the bucket
And frost by the gate
The fires burn
And the kettles sing
And earth sinks to rest
Until next spring

Have you completed the 2021 Early Childhood Workforce Needs Assessment Survey?
It’s not too late!
This year’s survey is available from October 18-November 21. Please take a few moments to share your voice with Kansas early childhood systems. Kansas early childhood systems need to know what YOU need at this moment in time, especially considering all the challenges and relief support/funding you’ve been presented with over the last 18 months.
Visit to complete the survey today and be entered into a drawing for door prizes! (Survey available in both English and Spanish.)>>
