About Us
The Kansas Head Start Association (KHSA) is dedicated to strengthening early learning programs through advocacy, education and leadership. Founded in 1997, KHSA represents all 28 Head Start programs in Kansas, creating a unified voice and point of contact for partners and policymakers. Here are the key elements of the KHSA Strategic Plan:
